No. There is no contract. You can stop whenever you want.
Is each homeowner sent to more than one contractor?
No. Every homeowner we send goes to one contractor only, and that is you.
What if a lead is bad?
If the number is wrong or disconnected, the homeowner never asked to be contacted, it is a duplicate, or it is outside your area, we replace it within 7 days. A homeowner who simply does not pick up is not a bad lead.
